Tiffani K. Hamilton, MD

Tiffani completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City where she majored in Biology. She went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine and was honored as Outstanding Medical Intern of the Year.

She completed her Residency in Dermatology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center where she was the Chief Resident.

Dr. Hamilton is a fellow with the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatological Surgery, the American College of Phlebology, the American Society for Mohs Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Society of Angiology. She is also a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, the National Psoriasis Foundation, Alpha Omega Alpha Honorary Medical Society and the International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons. She is nationally recognized for her expertise in psoriasis, facial rejuvenation, Sculptra treatment and the treatment of leg veins.

Dr. Hamilton is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Phlebology. Prior to opening Hamilton Dermatology in June 2001, she practiced with Dermatology Associates of Atlanta from July 1998 to June 2001.

In her time outside of the office, Dr. Hamilton enjoys spending time with her husband Keith, daughter Madison, and her dogs and granddogs Bruce, Essie, Jazzy and Jo.


Madison Hamilton, PA

Madison completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Auburn University. She earned her Master of Medical Science degree at North Greenville University where she completed the Physician Assistant program. She has also completed the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants Diplomate Fellowship in Dermatology.

Madison has worked for Hamilton Dermatology throughout the years as front office staff as well as a medical assistant.

She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Outside of the office, Madison enjoys spending time with her husband Zane, her schnauzer Jo and her goldendoodle Jazzy. She also enjoys running on the Greenway, and cheering on Auburn football.


Ancillary Providers

Allene, Medical Esthetician

Allene is a veteran Medical Esthetician with 20 years of skin care experience. She is also a Licensed Laser Assistant Practitioner. Allene has been working at Hamilton Dermatology since 2012. Along with her Esthetic license she earned in 2004, she also has a bachelor’s degree in health education from the University of Georgia and a Master of Health Science from the University of Alabama She enjoys helping patients meet their goals in anti-aging and acne by using a wide range of products and procedures, she loves building relationships with patients and seeing the progress they make to feel better in their skin.

Allene has been married for 18 years and has two teenagers. One of which we have successfully treated for acne here at the practice!  Outside of work, Allene enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and spending time with family. She says, “As a Georgia native, I believe we live in the best state for outdoor adventure, history, and climate.”


Becky, Registered Vascular Specialist

Becky has worked at Hamilton Dermatology since 2005. She runs the Vein Department and is nicknamed “The Vein Lady.” She is a certified Surgical Technologist and a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. She received an associate’s in health and science from North Georgia College and State University. She is a fellow of American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography and American Vein and Lymphatic Society. Outside of work, Becky enjoys hanging with her family and friends, camping, lake life, and being anywhere near the ocean. She says, “I love my boss, I love my patients, and I love what I do.”
