Dear patients,

It has been four weeks since we closed our office to regular patients. Since that time, our lives have been affected in many ways we did not anticipate. One encouraging thing has been the amount of kindness and support that has been shown to friends and neighbors and to our practice. We have so appreciated the notes of concern and encouragement we have received from so many of you.

At the current time, we are planning to begin a limited opening of our practice in early May. We will be limiting the number of patients scheduled in the office to minimize the number of people in our office at one time. We will also be limiting the types of available appointments to only those that are safe for both the patients and staff, and also prioritizing those that are medically necessary. We will continue to offer telemedicine appointments during this time and ask that patients that are able to be seen virtually do so in order to help us save in-person appointments for those that must be seen in person.

We will allow patients to wait in their cars until their appointment time if they prefer and text them when we are ready to escort them back to a room. We will be limiting the number of people allowed in the waiting room to two. We ask that patients do not bring additional persons with them to their appointment unless they are necessary. All patients will have their temperature taken with a “hands-off” thermometer. All staff and providers have always worn gloves and disinfected their hands, but now, all staff and providers will wear a mask while in the office. Patients are encouraged to wear a mask to preserve medical supplies.In the event they don’t have one, one will be provided when they arrive.

We are currently, and will continue to be, seeing emergency patients as we try to keep people out of urgent care and hospitals. We are also still processing online orders for product. Our estheticians are more than happy to chat with patients and help them determine which products are best for them.
